INTAKE
Client Profile
- Male youth ages 14 to 18 years,
- Detoxification prior to intake is preferred but may not be necessary,
- Clients must be physically and mentally able to participate in all components of an intensive recovery program and a group living environment,
- Clients must be motivated to attempt an abstinence based program
- Assessment/Referral forms must be completed by a recognized addiction service provider
Referral Procedure
- All referral sources will be considered. Special contracts are available.
- Completion of a referral documents by a recognized addiction service provider.
- Review of client medications by program Physician.
Fee Structure
- Private beds are available -rates are on a sliding scale
- Payment plans and or credit cards accepted.
- Fraser Health and government beds may be available for those who qualify.
