It has been said that “the real work begins after treatment.”.Last Door recognizes that recovery requires ongoing support and tailors Return to Work and Follow Up Support Plans to individual and employer needs. Return to Work Plans include clearly defined activities, goals, expectations and conditions and may include long term monitoring by Last Door staff and/or other professionals.

Follow Up Support plans can include attendance at weekly Alumni Groups, internet support services, open invitation to participate in social and recreational activities, connection with alumnus in the clients’ local area, out of town Alumni meetings facilitated by staff and telephone support to the client and family.
